10 Celebrations, 1 Call for Prayer

10 Celebrations

This week has blown me away with blessings and celebrations. Here are 10 of them (and I think I’m forgetting something):

• Willow, our kitten, turned one.

• The social media fast is helping me feel healthier spiritually, mentally, and physically. I’ve been asked questions about it by friends, family, and readers, and it’s been interesting because yes, I miss some of my online interactions, but also, it has been good for doing deeper work, having better rest, and feeling more joy.

• A reader messaged me on Facebook after reading The Champion Trilogy, and she wants to read more books in that world! Thank you, D’anah, you made my day! :) And the good news is, I’m working on something for that world right now.

• I finished another round of edits for Dark Blade Forged because readers on Kindle Vella asked for Point of View chapters from Stelia and a few other characters. I spent the last week seeking out places I can insert those chapters and what I can do to improve the book as a whole to make it even more enjoyable when it comes out in paperback, ebook, and hardback.

• The Immortal Abyss Cover Reveal took place last week, and although I’m a bit late, I wanted to say congratulations and happy book cover to Katherine Briggs! I’m looking forward to reading this. https://www.amazon.com/Immortal-Abyss-Threshold-Duology/dp/B0CXHL4JDK/

• I want to wish Danielle Harrington a Happy Book Birthday to the fourth and final book in The Hollis Timewire Series. The Empowered Ones is full of twists, intrigue, heartbreak, forgiveness, battles, hope, and joy. • A reader asked about The Rayatana Series, and yes, I have a plan. Not ready to reveal more yet, but there is a plan. :)

We have a very young person in our extended family undergoing surgery tomorrow. I don’t think I can share details, but please pray for T and for his parents, as well as all children who are struggling with health issues, and their parents.
