Hi Tyrean, thanks for stopping by my An Abundant Life substack. My fiction writing one, Tales of Karnum, is new as I head into launching my first book on June 6th. It isn't my first published item as I have had flash fiction and I have a serial in progress.
I jumped on Kindle Vella last fall as a science project. I used a dystopian tale I wrote in just over 4 months, from mid Dec 2020 through April 2021. It proved I should have never stopped writing and I need to take it seriously, like a job, but a fun one. I haven't received much traction on mine, but I am a new author and still working on building up my network and readers. I have made a couple of bonus checks in the short life of my experiment. It cost me nothing to start the project, so it already made a tiny profit.

Again, thanks for sharing a podcast about your adventures on Kindle Vella. It is a fun way to work on your writing. I also agree with it helping you learn cliff hangers, though I'm not sure how well I did with this one.
